Hosted Voice represents a significant evolution of plan.com’s existing B2B connectivity solutions, built from the ground up based on feedback and input from both partners and customers. The result is a revolutionary offering, integrated seamlessly within the my.plan platform and sitting alongside its market-leading mobile solutions to provide businesses with flexibility to allow employees to work from anywhere and remain connected.

The new Hosted Voice solution offers state-of-the-art own brand hardware, plus a unique range of never-before-seen functionality and embedded customisation through a wide selection of features, controls and live alerts, enabling customers to build a solution that meets their particular needs.

In addition, the Hosted Solution provides:

  • Visual Call Flow: To understand and manage incoming numbers and who picks them up via a slick, visual interface
  • Advanced call routing: Introducing enterprise-level call functionality with features such as Call Queues, Ring Groups, Interactive Voice Response (IVRs)and Conference Call tools.
  • Time of Day routing: Drag and drop technology to automatically manage calls depending on the time of day and day of the week.
  • Complete System Diagnostics and reporting: In addition the detailed incoming and outgoing call usage and charges insight available through the my.plan platform, Hosted customers with plan.com broadband also get full deep-dive data diagnostics to instantly troubleshoot every aspect of the calls.
