plan.com has gone from strength to strength since it began trading in 2014. The business is currently developing its “super HQ” on Victoria Street in Douglas, which is set to open its doors later this year. From basement to rooftop the building puts its employees front and centre, with futuristic and high tech design, alongside natural materials and relaxed meeting spaces to complement its work hard, play hard culture.

More recently the business revamped its employee performance and reward system, which aligns its business plan with the career aspirations of its people to give them a clear progression and reward framework. During the pandemic this has included a weekly peer nominated “heroes” initiative that saw some of the companies leading talent recognised for going above and beyond.
