plan.com scoops four accolades at 2021 Best Companies Awards

Leading technology and platform provider plan.com has once again been recognised as one of the UK’s leading employers after featuring in the 2021 Best Companies to Work for List for a fourth consecutive year.

The company placed second in the best mid-sized company to work for category, receiving the optimal 3-star accreditation in the process. In recognition of its focus on innovation, technology, culture, and people, plan.com was ranked the number 1 company to work for in the telecommunications sector and picked up an additional award for its focus on Learning & Development.

Rounding up another fantastic year for the business, plan.com CEO Dan Craddock was also celebrated as Leader of the Year for a second time at the prestigious virtual awards ceremony on 21 May where the news was announced.

The annual Best Companies Awards recognise the UK’s most attractive and effective employers, judging them on many factors including workplace engagement, staff well-being, perks, company culture and values. The ratings are also based on rigorous feedback surveys where employees are asked to rate their employer across a wide range of areas including pay, conditions, teamwork, leadership, and well-being.
