As CXO, Rob oversees our servicing functions, including the direct service centre, partner and technical support teams, and complaints and quality assurance. Rob brings over 25 years of experience in startup environments, organisational redesign, and leading servicing functions, primarily in the Private Banking Sector at Barclays. His extensive career has seen him build and lead teams across the Isle of Man, Jersey, UK, Europe, and Asia, earning multiple industry awards for service quality, technology integration, and people strategy.
